General Rules & Conditions
All packages include unlimited play at the park for all invitees and 1 hour and 30 minutes exclusive use of a party room. Magic Ground staff will set up and clean after your party. Invitees are welcomed to arrive up to 30 minutes before the party is scheduled to start. Invitees are children under 16, except toddles unable to walk on their own.
Outside food is not permitted. Magic Ground offers various finger-food options in case you decide to purchase food for adults.
Custom or special decoration is only allowed if parent hosting the party doubles the duration of the room rental.
A nonrefundable $ 100 initial payment is required to book a reservation. Balance must be paid at least 15 days before the scheduled party. Lack of payment of balance will automatically cancel your reservation and forfeiture of your down payment. A party can be rescheduled 15 or more days from its scheduled date with no extra charge or penalty. Rescheduling a party with less than a fifteen day notice causes a rescheduling fee of $150.
Pizza and drinks included in your base party package is planned to serve the scheduled number of invitees (children). Pizza and drinks for adults must be ordered separately.
All guests must leave the party room when the time of exclusive use expires. However, guests will be invited by the Party Organizer to move to the restaurant floor if they desire to remain in Magic Ground. Reserved table(s) will be arranged for members of each party.
All children attending the Birthday Party without the presence of a parent or guardian are the responsibility of the Party Host (e.g. mother or father of birthday child). The children that remain in Magic Ground without a parent or guardian after conclusion of the party, must leave the facility with and under the supervision of the Party Host.
All guests in a birthday party are required to sign a limited liability and release agreement. Please request a copy of the limited liability and release agreement for your advance review.
The contact information you might provide when purchasing and in connection with the organization of your party will not be shared with or sold to third parties; however, Magic Ground might use said information to promote its services and products.
If you decided to reserve the party with a partial payment, the balance will be due, payable and automatically charged to the credit card in our records within the 15 days prior to the date of the reserved party.
If you party is cancelled because of an event of force majeure (material events that are beyond the control of the affected party), the party shall be rescheduled with no penalties or additional fees to the next available date and time acceptable to the customer, and if the Parties do not reach an agreement regarding the new date, the customer must choose between obtaining a partial refund of any amount paid in excess of $150 or to maintain the credit and celebrate the birthday party in the following year.
Upon completion of this purchase transaction, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Event Coordinator via email:firstname.lastname@example.org. The Event Coordinator will write you with a program at lease seven days prior to your scheduled party. It is your responsibility to provide a list of the invitees either by email or using our Party Booking System.
I, the Party Host, agree with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of Magic Ground's website and credit card data privacy terms. A confirmation email will be sent with details of your purchase and copy of the accepted Terms and Conditions, please print said email and bring a copy on the day of your party.
